Microwave went bad
- No customer service at all

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a hard boiled egg maker based on recommendations from friends. Received the product and the cap to the measuring cup was missing.
The inside of the cap there is a lance/needle to pierce the egg shells prior to cooking. I contacted customer service and "Albert" responded with the cap is no longer available. It is still listed on their website and in the photos of the product. I inquired about the website and have not heard back from "Albert".
Very dissatisfied with the customer service and the product is garbage without the measuring cup cap.
All I wanted was the cap and all I got was no response. Boil your eggs in a pan and don't buy from Hamilton Beach !!!

Can’t get help from HB online. I do not give out my credit card number to their subcontractors. I went online 4 times and every sent me off to a repair service that cost money and I will not do this.
