This is a dam company why no customer service rep available to speak to
I bought a microwave and it is not working. I've only had it for three months.
I've been trying to call the company, but there's no answer, just voicemail. Why should I have to send an email and wait for someone to call me back? You have all these 800 numbers and no reps, just voicemail. I hope you go out of business.
I want my damn money back or another microwave. What the *** do I have to do to speak to someone on the damn phone?

Unsatisfactory response
I am trying to return the product that was damaged when it arrived. The box was ripped opened and and was the original box that the product comes in not a carton that it was placed in.
This was a gift which I could not give so I started the process to return it. Response time has been slow and I feel like Ive been given the runaround Instead of them issuing a return slip.

Resolved: Hamilton Beach Coffee pot Model 49934
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Happy with response. Quick to resolve.
I purchased the Flex Brew TRIO on September 13 and probably began using a week later. Last week the Carafe side stopped working.
All of the lights go on and it says brewing and makes a noise but nothing happens.
There is water in the reservoir and the carafe is on the warming plate. The swivel shower head is placed correctly.
Please advise.

Defective microwave
The micriwave was running when i woke up i. The eairly morning to use the bathroom and i could not shut it iff i pulled the plug o.
The item and the entire mircrow wave was hot , vwry hot nothing wad inside the mixrowave .
I am a firefightet and ems so i knoq what could have happened if rhis product would have not been found running and unpluged . So contact me asap as i have issues

Need replacement blades for my mixer
The blades bent when using the mixer. I was making icing and the blades froze up. When I went to start up the mixer after it froze up, the blades didn't work correctly.

The microwave was smoking. It was used properly.
There was no foil.
Smoke was pouring out of a vent. There was no indication before this that anything was wrong.

Upset about quality of the coffee maker
I have bought three of the Hamilton Beach Trio coffee makers and all three have stopped working within eight months to a year. I don't have the receipts. I have the model number and that's it.
