Our family has tried most everything Hamilton Beach for over 30 years. We’ve never had an issue that HB could not replace or resolve. .
We misplaced the FlexBrew thermal Carafe top, thus it does not fit tight under the dispense part of the maker .
User's recommendation: Go to HB App on line & locate customer service. They provide the best options for your situation. I called parts division. They provided part number & free shippings. SUCCESS!

Apparently theyre on the eastern coast and its the wrong hours, but Im not sure what the hours are. I could try to call them tomorrow on December 24 early in the morning and see if I catch them but as you know right now, I guess Im being picked up at 7:30 AM tomorrow so I might have to wait till after the holiday which I dont mind so I dont know it just meant short recording and hung up on me and that was the end of it I just want the catalog for my microwave and everything is a big deal you know because I called Walmart too and they said they can email it to me, but I dont have a computer or a printer and Im not gonna sit there and write all that out on a piece of paper so I think that they could mail it to me so thats what Im trying to do is get them to mail me the catalog and thats why I called today and I did leave my phone number.

I will never buy another product from them. The product book talks about a 5-year warranty.
The 5-year warranty is only for Canada. The US warranty is 3 years. I waited on the phone for an hour just to hear this news. I purchased a quieter 55 Blender Series B0212CE Model 53602.
Also, there is no replacement part for the drive coupling.
The customer service sucks, and this product does also. Let me apologize to Hamilton Beach for purchasing your product in the good old USA.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience shopping online with Hamilton Beach. I returned a product over a month ago, following all the instructions they provided, PAYING FROM MY POCKET.
Now they are refusing to issue a refund because I don't have the USPS tracking numbersomething I was never told I needed to keep. This crucial detail was conveniently left out of their return instructions.
The customer service has been slow and unhelpful. I've emailed more than once, with no resolution. Ive already spent over $40 in total (product, shipping, and return costs) just to fight for a refund of $17.
It feels like the company expects customers to take on the responsibility of tracking and managing their returns process.
That is unacceptable.
This experience has made it clear to me that Hamilton Beach does not value its customers, and their return process is set up to avoid accountability. I will never shop with them again and I strongly advise others to avoid their online store as well.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Happy with response. Quick to resolve.
I purchased the Flex Brew TRIO on September 13 and probably began using a week later. Last week the Carafe side stopped working.
All of the lights go on and it says brewing and makes a noise but nothing happens.
There is water in the reservoir and the carafe is on the warming plate. The swivel shower head is placed correctly.
Please advise.

Sorry to hear you lost out on a $17 refund I am contacting the State Attorney General's office in Michigan. They stole your $17 and they stole my $108 for a Flex Brew Coffee Maker.
I have been waiting for over 6 weeks.
Lets face it they have no intention of sending a refund. But I will tell you this, I hope you all never buy ANY products from them or from places that sell their products like JC Penny.
They are not refusing you a refund. They are trying to help.
They are assuming it is lost and wanted the tracking number to try and locate it. It was never their responsibility to tell you to keep it.
That’s just common sense. Hopefully you paid with a bank card and can get the time/date/amount and the post office can look it up.
I understand what you're saying, but that’s not really an excuse. I've done dozens of returns, and I've never had to deal with that 'common sense' you're referring to.
It’s not my job to track the package down. I started the return process on March 1st and only got my money refund yesterday, one month just to process the return and another month to get the product. I’m sorry, but I’ve never experienced customer service this bad. Plus, they take weeks to respond to emails, if they even respond at all without prompting.
I get your point, but the lack of communication and the extended delays made this such a frustrating experience. In my opinion, I won’t be shopping at Hamilton Beach again, especially online.
I wasn’t defending their service or refund process. That receipt from the post office is the only evidence you would have that you sent the return.
